Custom Flyer Printing by U.S. Press

Beautifully designed and expertly printed, the flyer is one of the most versatile print marketing pieces around. Use them as handouts, insert them into newspapers, or stuff them into customers’ bags to carry your sales message. Flyer printing is great for just about anyone: businesses, churches, non-profits, events, trade shows, you name it and a customized flyer will work.

Our custom flyers are printed in full color, one side or two, on various paper stocks. If you're looking for a lightweight, cost-effective flyer, select either our 80# or 100# text paper. For a cover weight, you can select either 80# or 100# cover, and for a cardstock option, you can select our 12 Pt C2S Gloss Coated Cover.

We can ship your custom flyers flat or have them folded for you, which is a great option if you plan to mail them to customers. We can also drill one or multiple holes or if you plan to use your flyers inside ring binders.

Custom Flyers FAQ

What’s the difference between flyers and sell sheets?

Flyers and sell sheets are the same product; the terms are interchangeable. Sometimes the term sell sheets is used to describe the specific purpose of displaying pricing on one sheet.

What’s the difference between each paper stock?

Gloss paper stocks will have a shiny appearance and are great to use when promoting products. Dull paper stocks have a matte finish and thus less shine, which can give your materials an elegant, professional look. 70# text is a very lightweight, cost-efficient paper stock best for handouts rather than mailing. 80# text is a popular weight as it provides slightly more structure than 70# text. 100# text is a high quality, heavier weight text paper that will give your pieces a premium feel. Most customers opt for the 100# text weight. We also offer 80#, 100#, and 130# cover weight options. Cover weights are thicker than text weight paper stocks; they are commonly used for the covers of magazines, which is how they got their name. 80# cover is a thin cover stock whereas 100# cover is a heavier cover stock option. 130# cover is the heaviest cover option we offer.

What’s the most popular paper choice for flyers?

100# gloss text is the most popular option. It’s a heavier paper stock than 80# text but is still economical for printing.

Do you have flyer templates available?

We have design guideline templates available for flyers on our templates page. You can add your custom design to the template and it will help guide you to make sure your artwork is print ready with proper bleeds and margins.

Proofing: After you place your order and upload your artwork, our prepress team will begin inspecting your files to ensure your document size, bleed lines, margins, image resolution, and more are correct in order for the best print quality. They will email you a soft proof (PDF) for your approval prior to printing. Most proofs are sent within 1 business day of order placement; more complex art files can sometimes take longer. Soft proofing is an easy way to see what your finished product will look like and make sure the content is correct. However, soft proofing is not intended for exact color matching. Every monitor displays color differently, and on backlit screens, colors may appear lighter than the actual colors contained in your files. If color matching is critical, please give us a call at 800-227-7377 to order a hard proof.

Production Time: Production time begins after proof approval and is the time required to produce your order before it ships. It is calculated in business days, starting at the next occurrence of 9:00 AM Eastern on the 1st business day after the proof is approved. U.S. Press is closed Saturdays, Sundays and all major holidays; thus, these days are not included in the production schedule.

Save time by using our guideline templates. Our templates have been setup with proper bleeds and margins, assuring your print job turns out accurate. To download, select an orientation (landscape or portrait) and flyer size.
