Bi-Monthly Calendars FAQ

How does a bi-monthly view calendar differ from a standard wall calendar?

A bi-monthly view calendar displays two months at a time on each spread, which reduces the overall page count and subsequently is a more economical option.

What is UV coating?

UV coating is a protective finish that is added to the cover of your calendars. With gloss UV coating, it provides an extra shiny appearance to make your graphics really stand out.

Can I hang these bi-monthly calendars on a wall?

Yes, these bi-monthly calendars include a hole drilled for easy hanging.

How are these bi-monthly calendars bound together?

Our standard wall calendars are bound together via saddle-stitching, which involves staples inserted into the spine of the calendar.

Calendars are printed on 80# or 100# gloss or matte paper for the inside pages, and 100# gloss or matte cover for the outside cover. 80# text is a bright weight, medium text weight paper. 100# text is a bright weight, heavy text weight paper. 100# cover is a heavy weight cover stock that is UV coated on the outside for protection and a beautiful finish. You cannot write on products with UV coating.

From Proof to Your Door

We check your artwork and email a PDF proof for your approval.

Production

Your selected production time begins after proof approval.

Shipping

Shipping transit time follows production and depends on the shipping method you select at checkout.

Proofing

After you place your order and upload your artwork, our prepress team will begin inspecting your files to ensure your document size, bleed lines, margins, image resolution, and more are correct in order for the best print quality. They will email you a soft proof (PDF) for your approval prior to printing. Most proofs are sent within 1 business day of order placement; more complex art files can sometimes take longer.

Soft proofing is an easy way to see what your finished product will look like and make sure the content is correct. However, soft proofing is not intended for exact color matching. Every monitor displays color differently, and on backlit screens, colors may appear lighter than the actual colors contained in your files. If color matching is critical, please give us a call at 800-227-7377 to order a hard proof.
