Our customers have trusted us for the past 40 years because of our commitment to quality and personalized service. It’s rare when we make a mistake, but we always stand by our commitment to quality. This means that if there is ever an issue with your order, you can contact us and provide a photograph that indicates the problem within 10 days of delivery. Upon verification of the defect, we will reprint any defective portion of your order at no charge to you, so long as we are notified within the 10 day window.
Since all of our products are completely custom, we do not allow returns for reasons unrelated to quality. For example, we cannot refund or reproduce your order if you left a typo in your artwork and approved the proof, or if you submitted the wrong files. To prevent these mishaps, we send electronic proofs on each and every order and will never print an order without your approval.
Best of all, you will work directly with a dedicated account manager to walk you through every step of the order process. Your account manager will answer any questions, confirm your order details, assist with your artwork to make sure it is ready to print, and track your order through production to ensure each and every print project is a success for you.
